Meeting Camper was born with the aim of reuniting travel lovers and Overland enthusiats with the best professionals of the sector.

For 14 years, we have been proud to support companies in growing their presence within the overland and camper community, while also providing a stage for inspiring travelers to share their experiences, answer questions, and encourage others to discover the endless possibilities of exploring the world.

In 2027, we celebrate our 14th edition—fourteen years of adventure, a passion for travel, and a community united by the desire to explore new places.

Who is Meeting Camper aimed at?

To professionals of the Overland sector or the Camper world as well as travelers.

No matter how you travel, Meeting Camper Iati is for everyone: 4x4, trucks, campers, motorhomes, cars, tents, bike travellers, motorcycle travellers and anyone else who likes to travel around the world.

For us, no way to travel is better than another, in fact, there are many ways. The important thing is to follow the desire to go out and discover the world with all the wonders it hides.

FAQS

Is it allowed to go with pets?Yes, but to ensure that Meeting Camper is enjoyable for everyone, they must be leashed at all times in the camping area, the exposition area and the Food Truck area. Also, their droppings must be picked up.
Can you go with children?Yes, of course. You can never start soon enough to create your travelling spirit.
What time can I arrive on Friday?Until 24.00 h you can enter the camping area. After midnight you will have to sleep in the entrance parking lot, so that everyone can get rest during the night. The next morning you will have access to the camping area to find yourself a cozy spot.
Is the price per person or per car?The price is per car, regardless of the number of people travelling in the car and the number of nights you sleep on the site.
Are there electricity points?As the site is located in a completely natural environment, we do not have electricity points.
Is there a place to empty the potti and grey water?We do have a place where the potti can be emptied. What we do NOT have, is a place to empty the gray water. Please keep that in mind for your organization.
Is it possible to make fire?We understand that a fire or a barbecue conveys the overland spirit, but as the event takes place in the middle of nature, fire restriction laws apply.
Is it allowed to extend my awning and put chairs and a table?Of course it is! But please keep in mind, that the camping space is limited and think of your fellow camp neighbours, who also appreciate a place to stay. Therefore, please do not set up a large camp circle with your friends.
What services are available?Toilets, showers, changing rooms, place to wash dishes, bar/restaurant, food truck area, preorder of bread and pastries, comercial exibition area, 4x4 circuit.
If I come only for one day, is the price the same?If you come camping, yes, but there is also the option to come as a day visitor. The price is 5 € per person (children under 14 years are free, please show ID). You pay directly at the entrance of the event. Day visitors do not need to register in advance.
I don't have a camper vehicle, can I still go?If you want to stay and sleep in the camping area, you can come by car (60 €) or with bike/motorbike and tent (10 €). It is also possible to come as a day visitor (5 €).
I don't have a 4x4 camper vehicle, can I still come?Yes, of course. For us there is no best way to travel. Meeting Camper wants to inspire you to get to know the world in whatever transportation you feel comfortable with.
I don't have a vehicle, can I get to Fang Aventura by public transport?No, unfortunately public transport only goes as far as Banyoles. From Banyoles to Fang Aventura is 10 km. At the bus stop, however, there is a cab stand.
If you are looking for someone to carpool with, we will try to help you through our social networks.
Is it necessary to book in advance?Yes, if you want to spend the night on site. You can find all the information on the website. If you come as a day visitor, you don't need to make a reservation. Just come and spend the day at Meeting Camper. Day visit is 5€ per person.
Does registration include a T-shirt per person or per car?The registration includes a Welcome Pack with gifts from various exhibitors, a number for the tombola on Sunday and one T-shirt per vehicle.
Is it possible to buy more T-shirts?Yes, at the information point.
If I don't want to cook, is it possible to buy food?Yes, there is a food truck area and bar/restaurant service. On Sunday there is a popular paella. Tickets (10€) can be purchased at the information point. Here you can also order bread and croissants for the following morning.
Is there food for vegetarians or vegans?Yes, in there will be vegetarian and vegan options at the bar/restaurant and in the food truck area.
Where can I buy bread?At the information point you can order bread and pastries for the next day. Make sure to do so before 7:00 pm. The next morning from 9.00 a.m. you can pick your order up at the information point.
If I can't come, will I get my money back?No, but the registration will be saved for the next edition. Please write us an email to inform us if you cannot participate.
