Attending Meeting Camper Portugal is easy, you can do it as a day visitor or take advantage of all the days and access with your vehicle to the camping area.

Cancellation policy
In case of not attending the event for personal reasons, the amount will not be refunded. In case the organization is forced to change the dates due to major causes, the amount will be kept for the new dates.
Includes
• Space for your camper during the 3 days of the event.
• Access to changing rooms, toilets and showers, place to wash dishes, tank for emptying sewage.
• Access to the exhibition area, Foodtrucks area and Overland area.
• Possibility to order fresh bread and pastries every day (reservation required the day before until 19h).
• WelcomePACK with a FREE T-shirt and event magazine among other surprises and gifts.
• By registering online before August 15th from our website, you will be entered into a draw for gifts and camper accessories.
Please note
• Water is not drinkable for drinking, but is available for washing dishes and showers.
• We do NOT have facilities to empty grey water.
• DO NOT pour any liquid on the ground.
• Attach access sticker on the windshield of the vehicle.
• Identification of all members of the camper vehicle with the corresponding bracelet for the duration of the event.
• DO NOT exceed the assigned pitch.
• Anchor awnings securely for possible weather changes.
• Collaborate to keep the facilities clean.
• It is forbidden to light fires and barbecues by law.
• Keep dogs on a leash at all times and pick up their poop.
• It is not allowed to put banners, banners, hand out flyers or advertise any company in the camping area, it is only allowed in the commercial area.
• If you want to present your trip and photo report on our stage (30 minutes), please contact us at charlas@meetingcamper.com.
• Silence from 12 pm on.
• We double the private security, so that the Meeting Camper remains a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.
• The right of admission is reserved.

• Services: WC, Bar/Restaurant, Foodtruck Area, parking from 10 am to 7 pm.
Overnight stay is not allowed in the parking area. There will be a charge of 100 € per vehicle withdrawn.
